Quantitative NMR Methods for Reaction and Process Monitoring

RPTU Kaiserslautern, 31th March – 02nd April 2025

The NMRPM symposium provides a forum for scientists working on NMR methods for reaction and process monitoring in academic and industrial settings. The program will address the challenges associated with quantitative investigations of processes in complex multicomponent mixtures using NMR spectroscopy or imaging. The NMRPM symposium aims to provide a platform to exchange ideas between NMR users and suppliers in order to foster new and innovative developments in this field.

Furthermore, again a topic related workshop will be offered for all participants of the NMRPM 2025. Further information including abstract submission and registration deadlines will follow soon. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We are looking forward to welcoming you in Kaiserslautern.

Main Topics:

  • New applications and techniques:

    • application of low-field NMR systems
    • monitoring of complex processes relevant to industrial applications
    • new acquisition methods
    • application of NMR spectroscopy for quality control
    • hyperpolarization techniques as novel options for signal enhancement and improved time resolution

  • New devices:

    • new probes (e.g. microfluidic devices, lab-on-a-chip)
    • new low-field NMR systems

  • Robust quantitative data analysis:

    • automatic and robust analysis of large data amount
    • new model-based analysis methods of the NMR signals
    • robust post-processing of the NMR signals
    • “big data” and advanced chemometrics
